Expression cassette of pMMO gamma subunit with constitutive promoter

BBa_K3841076 is an expression cassette designed for Komagataella phaffii GS115. The PmoC protein has been fused with a signal peptide that is predicted to transport the construct to the plasma membrane of K. phaffii GS115. The PmoC protein and TEF terminator are codon-optimized for K. phaffii under the control of the GAP promoter.

Folding of PmoC (BBa_K3841011) with signal peptide (BBa_K3841036) and PmoC (BBa_K3841011) simulated using AlphaFold [1]. The coding sequence in this expression cassette follows the red structure.
